Every morning at 6 am I will start a new day with a morning run. After the morning run, I will do two sets of pull-ups and push-ups, then drink a protein shake to go to work.
I usually eat a lot of vegetables and fruits; as long as I allow me to cook myself; I drink 2 liters of water a day; I never smoke or drink unless call of duty; although I am not a vegetarian, I rarely eat meat; I don’t sleep very much. But sleeping quality is not bad.
On weekends, I will go cycling with my friends to go out for training outside the city, or swim, or run a half marathon together.
My BMI (Body Mass Index) has been maintained at 23 for 4 years and feels energetic at all times.
Yes, my physical condition and lifestyle look healthy.
But six years ago, before I started running, my life was awful.

At that time, my BMI (Body Mass Index) exceeded 30. Yes, I am overweight. And I am crazy about fried foods, beer and cola. I can’t live without them. And I hate sports very much. I think those who run and ride bicycles early in the morning are crazy, but I still like the “sports” that I like to lie on the sofa after work and press the TV remote control. I slept very late because I was busy watching TV and playing games, which made getting up every day a double test of physical strength and spirit.
This life lasted for a long time, until one weekend, I got up and saw this loser in the mirror. I know I can’t go on like this anymore, I need to change, I need help. I called my family and friends for help.
To my surprise, my family and friends are very supportive of me. They had been very worried that my bad habits will eventually damage my health. My doctor familymember provided me with valuable advice on living habits and nutrition. My sportsmen friends provided me with valuable advice on sports. Especially a fitness instructor friend made a weight loss plan for me. A lot of thanks.
In a very short time, I have enough knowledge and guidance, and the rest depends on how long I can persist.
Since then, I started running, but there is no love, it is more like a torture, 2 minutes of running can make me breathe like a scorpion. But I didn’t give up. I would choose to walk when I couldn’t move, and wait until the

breathing resumed before continuing to jog.
I also bought a mountain bike. In my eyes, she is the most beautiful mountain bike in the world. I have been with me for more than 10,000 kilometers. When I was tired of running, I chose to ride with the bike. In that way,

my fragile knees were also saved.

A year later, I lost 20 kilograms and I became able to catch up with a bus with a speed of 100 meters dush. This is a scene that only appeared in my dreams in the past.
I began to become confident, more willing to go out for sports, and more willing to share my story, which made me feel happier. I fell in love with running, running changed my life and became part of my life.
Thanks to my family and friends for their help and companionship. I can’t do it without you. I will never forget your experience and stories to help me.
